Return & Refund Policy The Dune Edit
At The Dune Edit, every piece is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@theduneedit.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and a video of the issue
Our team will evaluate your claim and if the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement. Cash refunds are not offered.
Colour Variation Notice Due to the nature of digital printing, slight colour variations between screen and final product are normal and not considered defects. We only cover significant issues such as misprints, faded prints, or damage upon arrival.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@theduneedit.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement.
Sand & Style Jewellery All Sand & Style jewellery pieces are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theduneedit.com with your order number and clear photos/video. We will arrange a free replacement. Cash refunds are not offered.
Please note: Sand & Style jewellery is shipped internationally. Import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and arrange a replacement.
Wrong Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. A new order will need to be placed at the customer's cost.
Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation. In exceptional circumstances such as duplicate orders or incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@theduneedit.com.
